We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business processes, and data management to support organizational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Improvement: Optimize IT systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
Technical Support: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Security & Compliance:Ensure IT security policies are followed and assist in cybersecurity measures.
Software & Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure; coordinate with vendors.
Data Management & Reporting: Analyze IT data, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work with teams to address IT needs and document processes effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
